PROGRAM DETAILS

What to Bring

Wear your swimsuit, sunscreen, and a cover up. 

Bring a towel and your water bottle.

We will provide snorkel gear, including a snorkel vest, for you.

Timeline

You'll spend half the time (about 1.5 hours) learning about the marine ecology of the Keys, including hands on experiences with seagrass, mangroves, and the invertebrates that call those communities home!  You'll also learn about the coral reef and how to experience it without harming it or yourself.

The other half of your program will be spent on learning how to snorkel, including how to properly fit your gear, with a tour of our lagoon guided by your instructor.  It's a great way to get comfortable in the water BEFORE you sign up for that boat trip out to the reef!
